The A2000 Classic M23 from Wilson is a 33.5" catcher's mitt designed to aid players in utilizing "thumb-up" catching and pitch framing. Thanks to thinner toe pads on the thumb and fingers, the glove has a wider catching area while the half-moon web allows players to snap the ball shut around their palm and keep it secure. This combination of features allows catchers to focus on their pitch framing to ensure a strike is called correctly.
