The Spieth Fifty-Fifty ring trainer promotes faster ring position learning and easier training of ring positions. This trainer allows young gymnasts to learn exercises quicker, easier, and use considerably less force while doing so. The trainer is designed to make training assistance simple. It's ideal for methodical training too. This set includes a pulley set, cord and rings. It is designed for use with Spieth's somersault belt and ceiling fixation (sold separately).
