The SKLZ SpeedSac is a great training tool that builds speed, acceleration, and strength. The SpeedSac includes three individual weight bags that can be filled with up to 10 lbs of sand or brick pavers. Remove a bag or two to adjust the amount of resistance. You can also use the handles on the bags to perform various upper and lower body exercises such as lunges or front raises.
