SKLZ Reactive Agility Coach Reaction-Time Trainer Set

The SKLZ Reactive Agility Coach helps athletes improve reaction time by combining mental and physical training. The Agility Coach utilizes four illuminated colored numbers on the included tripod that are used in conjunction with the corresponding numbers on the included training markers. The included remote control is used to illuminate the numbers on the tripod either at a time interval or one number at a time. Once a number is illuminated, the athlete is trained to move toward the corresponding numbered marker. Using the visual cues from the tripod along with verbal cues from the coach, athletes are forced to think and react quickly to improve their game-day performance. The randomized training provided by the Reactive Agility Coach requires athletes to adjust on the fly to make split-second decisions, simulating in-game moments. This set included exclusive online training programs and content that is designed by certified trainers. A webbing strap with a buckle is included for use across multiple training environments, including mounting the numbered markers on a soccer goal for shot training.
