Stop waisting time untangling this common training device. SKLZ has found a way to improve on the classic speed and agility ladder which is one of the most widely used pieces of training equipment for all athletes. The Quick Ladder Pro is inspired by the concertina, or accordion, fold of Chinese fans that has a tangle-free fold giving you more time to train. There is no side webbing. The sides are rigid and hinged making the folding and unfolding easier yet low profile enough so that cleats will not get caught. This ladder allows the athlete to improve acceleration, lateral speed, and change of direction. The Pro also has added versatility with ends and sides that are extensible for attaching more ladders.
