Rae Crowther Dragon Slayer Football Training Sled

The Rae Crowther Dragon Slayer is a strength and conditioning football sled designed to get players into shape by improving core stability, stance, speed, and power. With an enhanced handle, this push sled allows players to use proper football hand placement that simulates getting up underneath an opponent's shoulders while tackling allowing them to engage and use the same muscles they would during a game. The Dragon Slayer strength and conditioning sled can be used in various dynamic drills to improve and condition cardiovascular fitness and stamina in addition to functional movement which translates into game-time performance. This football training aid has two steel poles that can hold up to 540 pounds of additional weights (not included) to improve core stability and overall strength. This football push sled can be paired with a waist harness (not included, see below) to incorporate different speed drills into a conditioning or practice session.
