The Spieth Simone Biles Bright Star home gymnastics package is the ultimate package for at-home use. Train fundamentals like kips and casts, train newer skills like hip circles, or do pull-ups for strength training and conditioning on the adjustable bar. Able to adjust between three and five feet, beginning gymnasts of various heights can work on skills at home and as they grow. The base is four feet wide for placing the folding panel mat and throw mat underneath. The folding panel mat provides a cushioned place to land after running drills or skills while the throw mat has thick soft foam for training new tricks that require more impact absorption. Both of these mats also pair well with the included adjustable beam. This beam can rise between 12-18" off the ground and is supported by powder-coated steel braces. The height manually adjusts so gymnasts can safely practice and get a feel for running skills at different heights and grow more accustomed to them as a result. Constructed with a 3/4 laminated wood with a layer of 3/8" closed cell foam and covered in commercial-grade synthetic suede, the beam is meant to mimic the equipment found in gyms to give gymnasts the same look and feel they've come to expect. With this adjustable beam, work on new skills or train core muscles to work on balancing with increased difficulty the higher the beam is adjusted.
