This sandbag allows you to execute countless training exercises that work your upper and lower body by swinging it, lifting it, squatting it, or stabilizing it. The Super Sandbag comes with four 10-pound weight bags that fit individually or all together in a durable outer shell equipped with a zipper enclosure and can be filled with high density material like sand. The removable weight bags can also serve as soft weights to increase the intensity of any drill or exercise.
