The Power Systems training deck is a great accessory to enhance and expand cardio and bench based workouts. Its non-slip rubber surface ensures the stability of the user, and this deck is adjustable and can feature 3 different positions. The deck's height can be adjusted as well, reaching a height as high as 14" or as low as 8". The deck also features a small storage compartment, along with notches for attaching resistance tubes or other equipment. This deck can hold up to 330 lbs, and works best for training or HIIT workouts.
