The Power Systems PowerForce freestanding bag is designed for kicking and punching drills without the need to hang the bag. The bag is made from a durable nylon canvas fabric, and stands at 77" high with a 65" striking surface. The bag can be adjusted to three different heights, and sits on top of a weighted 33.5" diameter base that can be filled with up to 280 lbs of sand or water for stability.
