The First Team Thunder Arena portable basketball hoop is an excellent option for school gymnasiums, recreation centers, or multipurpose facilities. This portable system is equipped with a 42” x 72” tempered glass backboard and paired with a direct mounted steel flex rim to eliminate backboard breakage when hanging or dunking. The easy hand crank and rim height indicator on the back of the unit allow for infinite height adjustments from regulation 10’ down to 6’ 6”. Although this unit is a heavy-duty and sturdy system, it is a breeze to move with one person due to the six 8” non-marking caster wheels that lock into playing position with the brake lock. The Thunder Arena is compact and has a foldable extension arm to pass under any standard height double doors. The distance from the base of the unit is 4’ when the rim is extended to 10’ height, allowing the base to sit “off the court” for player safety.
