The Bison 5-9/16", Mega Pole Gooseneck Basketball System with Rectangular Backboard is more rigid & has a greater safe play area. This system includes: The Bison 5-9/16" Mega-Duty Gooseneck Pole has superior rigidity, superior durability and greater safe play area make this pole a must have where ever play is rough. Constructed of 5-9/16" O.D., hot dip galvanized steel pipe, this pole allows for a 72" safe play area. The goal mounts directly through the backboard to the pole to virtually eliminate stress on the backboard when hanging occurs. This pole comes complete with heavy, 15/8" backboard braces and must have 48" of in-ground bury. The Bison Ultimate Rectangular Steel Backboard is a 2" x 60" sized backboard with a superior front mount design. Complete with a 5" x 5" hole pattern, this rectangular backboard has a graffiti resistant, white powder coated finish and an official orange shooter's square located in the center. The Standard 20" x 35" mounting brackets allow easy attachment to any current fan-shaped ceiling or wall mounting structure. This backboard is also great because all the edges are safety rolled to eliminate sharp edges, and increase strength and rigidity. This backboard also provides an excellent rebound! The Bison Ultimate Playground Goal IS the ultimate goal for tough playgrounds. This double, solid rim design has 3/16" x 1" no-fail netlock that adds to the strength of the goal and eliminates netlock breakage. The Ultimate Playground Goal has a traditional orange baked powder coated finish that is durable, eliminating the chances of rust. Upright is 5-9/16'' galvanized steel.
