Baseball Double First Bases

Keep your players safe with a double first base. Double first bases, also referred to as safety bases, help reduce player collisions by providing separate bases for the fielder and the runner to use. Choose from styles built with durable rubber, cut-resistant polyurethane, or quilted nylon for leagues on a budget. Many youth baseball leagues have adopted the use of a double first base to reduce player injuries. High school (NFHS) and college (NCAA) associations have yet to make the double first base mandatory. However, the belief is that more leagues and associations will make the move to a double first base in the near future.
